Hon'ble Calcutta High Court rejected the bail of Muslim Kidnapper who
tried to legalize his mischievous marriage to a minor Hindu girl by
illegal conversion.
HinduExistence Correspondent from Kolkata - On Tuesday, the division
bench of Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose and Justice Prasenjit Mandal in
Hon'ble Calcutta High Court rejected the bail plea of Aajit Ali who
tried to legalize his mischievous marriage to a minor Hindu girl by
illegal conversion.
The Government counsel and the Police pleader argued and demanded
that a marriage with a converted Hindu girl of minor age is fully
illegal even under 'shariat nikah' when a minor Hindu girl cannot be
converted into Islam under her whim without the consent of her
parents.
Aajit Ali married a converted Moumita Chakroborty on 06th November
last year, in her fifteen years age alluring someway after kidnapped
Moumita from her residence at Daspur at East Midnapur, West Bengal.
To fulfill his wish to enjoy a Hindu girl of minor age Aajit made a
plot to convert Moumita into Islam without any consent of the parents
of the kidnapped girl. Aajit claimed that Moumita is aged 19 and she
is converted as Aziza. So Aziza Bibi is no more Moumita Chakroborty.
Getting no trace of his dauther, father of Moumita registered a FIR
on 19th December 2009, to rescue her daughter from the grip of Aajit
at an early date. Apprehending police in action, Aajit prayed an
anticipatory bail in Calcutta High Court and the court ordered to
appear both Aajit and Moumita in person on... Aajit appeared in the
court with a borquah clad Moumita to conceal her actual age. But some
early reports from the newspaper made some confusions about granting
the bail by the Hon'ble in favour of the offender.
The Government counsel Mr Ashimesh Goswami pleaded in the Hon'ble
Court very strongly that according to law Moumita is well minor in
age. Moumita a student of sixth standard of high school cannot exceed
14 or 15 years anyway. And a Hindu minor girl can never covert
herself in other religion on her own in such a way. So the
activities of Aajit is obviously illegal and of criminal nature.
Hearing both the parties, the respective Division Bench of Justice P
C Ghose and Justice P Mandal rejected the bail plea of Aajit.
Now, Police can arrest Aajit for his criminal nature and offences
made against existing laws.
Mr Idrish Ali, the infamous personality to drive away Taslima Nasrin
from Kolkata and the best friends of most dangerous Twaha Siddique
and Imam Barkati, acted as the pleader of Aajit so that every Muslim
get the right to convert Hindu minor girls with judicial sanction and
be able to marry them under Muslim Personal Law for a huge gain and
expansion of the Muslim Communal Society. Mr. Idrish Ali conveyed
that he will go to the upper council to contest the matter if the
order in question is not reconsidered.
Incidentally, it may be pointed out here that this Ali is a champion
advocate for Muslim Reservation in West Bengal and actively fight and
support for the cases in order to stop Hindu Pujas etc. as a
benevolent counsel for fanatic Muslims.

his courageous pleading for Hindu Society with Best Regards to the
Judges of Calcutta High Court for delivering the Judgment to stop
marriage of minor girls by fanatic incontinents.

As is usual with these "forwarded messages from S. Kalyanaraman", these
"messages" appear to exist only on saffron websites. There was even an
attempt today to place it in a forum for lawyers. Typical modus
operandus for the sanghi web, placing so many copies of the same
material all over the place so that it appears to be the truth, by
virtue of endless repetition. I could not find a single reliable report
through Google. Also, the legal minimum age for a Muslim girl in India
to marry is 18, afaik, so the marriage would be illegal even if the girl
was converted to Islam. Moreover, there is the issue of statutory rape.
A mainstream report on this would be helpful. Can you provide that, Jay?

Priceless Treasures: Jain idols and those of Hindu gods and
goddesses, said to be worth around Rs 1 crore, were recovered by the
idol wing of the CB-CID on Sunday. CB-CID additional director general
of police G Thilagavathy (in pic) said some of the idols were
recovered from the banks of the Viruthaseera river, where they had
been buried by the thieves. Seven persons, including a Christian
priest, were arrested for the crime.

Chennai: Sleuths of the CBCID's idol wing on Sunday arrested seven
persons, including a Christian priest and three traders, for stealing
11 panchaloha idols said to be worth about Rs 1 crore from various
temples. While five idols were recovered from a river bed in Vellore
district, one was seized from a Chennai lodge and the other five from
a Puducherry shop. All the arrested were remanded in judicial custody
on Monday. Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a mansion in
Periamet, nabbed the priest, K Immanuel alias Sasikumar of Vellore, K
Madasamy of Tirunelveli and A Marichamy of Villupuram and recovered a
panchaloha idol of Lord Krishna.
Special teams then rushed to Pallur village near Arakkonam in
Vellore district and nabbed G Jagannathan alias Kithiyon and D Velu
of Pallur who said that five idols had been buried on the
Viruthaseera river bed. The police subsequently dug up the area on
the river bed where the idols were buried and recovered them.
"The two then said five Jain idols had also been stolen from a
Jain Temple in Easa Kolathur of Tiruvannamalai district and a team
raided Marichamy's handicrafts shop in Puducherry and recovered the
idols. Another team arrested ex-convict P Pitchaimani from his house
in Rajapalayam," CB-CID additional director-general of police
(Economic Offences Wing) G Thilagavathy said.
The stolen Jain idols, identified as those of the 23rd
Tirthankara by a member of the community present at a press
conference at the CBCID EOW office here, each weighed 23 kg.
"Marichamy set up a handicrafts shop in Puducherry while
Immanuel, who studied to become a priest, later founded a church in
Pallur," an idol wing officer said.
"After coming close to Madasamy and Pitchaimani, Immanuel
identified dilapidated old temples and informed his associates,"
another officer said.
"The idols were then stolen and handed over to Pitchaimani.
Madasamy and Siva, another accused who is missing, then started
stealing idols on their own and selling them to Marichamy," the
officer said.
The sleuths also arrested S Gangachalam of Udaiyarpalayam near
Ariyalur and launched a hunt for ex-convict Vaithi for stealing three
panchaloha idols from the Ariyalur Lakshmi Narayanan temple that were
among the five recovered from the river bed in Vellore district.
