Two rituals to mark singer's ardh shraddh on Tuesday

Guwahati - The ardh shraddh of legendary singer Bhupen Hazarika will
be observed over two ways on Tuesday, one by his family members with
vedic rituals at his Nizarapaar residence and the other will be an
all-religion prayer at Khanapara Veterinary Ground.
Health and education minister, Himanta Kumar Sarma, on Saturday said,
"Bhupenda's family will follow vedic rituals as per family tradition
at the icon's Nizarapaar residence. This will begin in the morning
and continue till noon."
Initially, the state government had planned the second phase of the
ritual at Chandmari at the Assam Engineering Institute Play Ground,
but it has been changed to Khanapara Veterinary Ground as the
government expects a large number of mourners to attend the ceremony.
"The family members will take part in the rituals followed by an all-
faith prayer meet which will begin at 1 pm and continue till 4 pm. In
the evening there will be a 'nagaanaam' from 6 pm. The same will be
followed across all the districts in the state," said Sarma, who is
also the government spokesman.
The All Assam Student's Union (Aasu) has said it will cooperate with
the state government in this regard. "Aasu will light earthen lamps
in front of his statue at Dighlipukhuri on November 15 and since
there will be no separate events on the occasion of his ardha
shradha, we've decided to cooperate with the government," said an
Aasu leader.
The doyen of music from Assam breathed his last on November 5 at a
hospital in Mumbai because of multiple organ failure. Thousands
mourned and thronged the entire stretch of the road from the airport
to the city when his body was brought on November 7. Lakhs poured in
at Judges' Field where his body was kept for the public to pay their
respects on November 7 and 8. The scene was repeated the next day
when his body was taken to Gauhati University for cremation.
A similar surge is expected on November 15, on the day of his ardha
shradha. The Kamrup metro district administration and state
government have already geared up to tackle the crowd for the coming
solemn occasion.

1. If the NH-8 woman named just 2 "donors", then the last name is
Dwivedi. For 3 it is Trivedi, and for 4 it is Chaturvedi. This scenario
