The dogs for hinduism has one track mind. Muslim upbringing on the
subcontinent has played as much role for the health of music there as
Hindu, Parsi, Sikh or ant other kind of upbringing.

Not so for the Hindu Dogs here.

Some of these Hindu pandits who had to convert to Islam , have
made contributions to music , however its no thanks to Islam itself
which bans music, as the Taliban and Saudis who know the quran by
heart have done, and will happen to Pakistan if it doesnt ditch Islam.
Why else would the Taliban be killing Shias , if not for
following infidel practices like music ?
What annoys me is that Islam bans music as Dr Zakir Naik keeps
stressing on his Islamic channel 820, and Sufi music is really Hindu
bhakti music, and his Hindu upbringing gave AR Rehman the chance to
enjoy and experiment with music and yet he gives the credit to non
existent cruel Allah !
Its a good thing Hindus are tolerant of converts to another
religion.

Good one Romainse!
A R Rehman and Resool pokutty are pride of India regardless of their
religion. It is organizations like shiv sena, bajrang dal, thakery who
keep shoving religion in our faces. The greatest strength of hinduism
is tolerance.
A. R rehaman might be a convert but can't even say Alhamdulilla
properly ( listen to his BAFTA speech). Same is true for Shahrukh khan
whose son was telling the NDTV that Ram was born in Dubai and mohammad
had a ninja fight with ravan.

I'm glad India has a culture & religion of her own. Having one's own
religion & culture is integrate to self-identity and self-respect.

Taking on a foreign religion is to worship the achievements of some
foreign culture which has no bearing on one local culture. In the
case of islam, great effort is expended to teach the converted to hate
& destroy their culture. Hence the only thing converts can mindlessly
babble about is the achievements of some dude in saudi arabia not
their own country.
