VFX business in India is run like sweat shop. Prime Focus is one such place. 1. People work 17-20 hrs a day 2. No weekends 3. 95% of the companies do roto, paint and stereo paint work, where there is no chance of growth. 4. Some companies offer Rs. 5000 for beginners as salary. Some don't, they exploit by offering internship for desperate artists. 5. Super high levels of micro management. 6. Most of the artists I came across are sleep deprived and stressed out.
